How this desk works
Everything saves to MySQL on your hosting. Publishing writes gid_catalog.json so the app (and later the website) share one catalogue. Customer orders appear under Orders.
- Add categories first
- Add products with photos and variations
- Set banners / trending / WhatsApp / payments
- Click Save & publish in the top bar
Step 1 — choose order status
Step 2 — filter this status
Step 3 — by delivery date (earliest first)

Import from Excel
Choose a sheet, then click Apply. Leave this tab open until the progress bar finishes.
No file selected
No file selected
Images-only: matches by product name, downloads sheet photo links into this panel, removes broken old remote gallery links, and adds the new photos as extra gallery images (2nd+). Excel links like https://giftinday.com/wp-content/uploads/… are fetched from https://olive-curlew-490490.hostingersite.com/wp-content/uploads/… (same path), then saved on this panel. Title, price, SEO, and other fields are not changed. Keep the olive-curlew site online until the import finishes.
Removes dead image links from every product: giftinday.com/wp-content/…, olive-curlew-490490.hostingersite.com, and other old Hostinger media URLs. Keeps working controll.giftinday.com/uploads/… photos. Does not change prices or titles.

Rich text — formatting, links, images, tables, and content blocks. Saves clean HTML.
Product SEO
Same source of truth as SEO Center. Approved SOS drafts land here as Pending Publish — live site uses published SEO until you Publish fields, then Control Panel Save & publish.
Fields below are the Product Manager working copy (pending until Publish + Save & publish).
No SEO title or meta description saved yet. Open SEO Center workspace to research and generate drafts, or fill the fields below.
Open in SEO Center · Structured data: built on the public product page after publish
Same focus keywords used by SEO Center. Saved on this product.
Synced with gallery ALTs. Leaving blank keeps existing ALTs from the photo editor.
Tick a parent to add the parent, all of its subcategories, and the parent name as a focus keyword. Tick only a subcategory to add that sub plus its parent.
Only the cities saved on the Locations page are listed. Open a province, then a district, and tick the places this gift can go. Areas are not listed here.
Upload multiple pictures. All photos show on the product page (swipe). First photo is the thumbnail.
Legacy product choices (optional)
Website checkout add-ons come from Checkout add-ons in the sidebar — not from this product. Keep this only for old app copies if needed.

Recover from old product choices
Optional: rebuild this library from older per-product choices. Checkout uses this library only after you Save. Preview first.

New checkout add-on set
Add a group name (shown on checkout), optional group icon, then choices with prices/icons. Saving publishes them to website checkout for all orders.
Optional — also copy onto products (app / legacy)
Website checkout no longer needs this. Use only if you still want copies on product records.

Edit category
Leave this empty for a main category. Pick a parent to make a subcategory. To move a subcategory, open Edit, choose the other parent, and save.
These pictures are the background of the category shop page hero (#catHero). Desktop / tablet / mobile. If tablet or mobile is empty, desktop is used. For a subcategory: set its own hero banner to override; if all three are empty, the website shows the parent category banner (or this category’s mega menu banner if set).
Large banner in the website category dropdown. If shop hero banners above are empty, this image is also used on the shop page hero for that category.
Category SEO
Uses the existing SOS engine. AI fills recommendations only — never auto-overwrites. Approve → Pending Publish → Publish Engine → website.
Shown below products on the category page. TinyMCE rich text (H1–H6, links, tables, images, lists). AI writes into recommendations or appends — never replaces without Accept.
Works for a main category and a subcategory. Separate keywords with commas.
FAQ · Internal links · Related · Schema · CTA (AI drafts)
These stay in the workspace until you Accept into SEO intro or Approve as SOS draft. They do not publish automatically.
Advanced
Workflow: Generate → Review → Approve → Pending Publish → Save & publish (Publish Engine). Never auto-publishes.

Standard delivery
Shown on website and app checkout as the always-available delivery option. Rename the title and description here. The area’s Delivery price (Rs) is the standard fee for that location.
Checkout delivery options
These cards appear on website checkout. Edit title, description, badge, and availability. 3 to 4 Hours and Midnight only appear for a location when that area has a price set above 0 in the table (or via bulk apply below). Save with “Save locations & publish”.
Closed delivery dates
Block one day or a date range on the website checkout calendar (holidays, off days, stock breaks). Customers see your reason and are asked to pick another date. Save with “Save locations & publish”.
Type the area name and its delivery price. Leave Midnight or 3 to 4 Hours at 0 to hide that option for this area on website and app checkout.
Bulk price for selected locations
Tick multiple rows in the table, set one Midnight and/or 3 to 4 Hours price, then apply to all selected areas at once.
Download & restore locations
Download an Excel/CSV file with Province, District, City Name, Area, Standard price, Midnight price, and 3 to 4 Hours price (plus a Delivery Options sheet in Excel). Restore replaces the whole locations list from that file (same city + area overrides). Then click Save locations & publish.

Password is saved in panel data on the server only. It is never published to the app catalog.
Placeholders: {orderId}, {name}, {total}
Every new app order emails the customer first, then this address with the same items, qty, and total.

Used in sitemap.xml and Marie product links. Official storefront: giftinday.com
Must start with G- (Admin → Data streams → your web stream). Do not paste the numeric Property ID.
From Search Console HTML-tag verification — paste only the content="…" value (or the whole meta tag). Property must be giftinday.com.
Google Ads
Tag and conversion labels publish to the shop catalog. Leave optional labels empty to keep those events disabled.
Fires only after a successful order confirmation (value, PKR, transaction ID).
Publishing rebuilds a full sitemap from all products/categories. Submit only https://giftinday.com/sitemap.xml in Google Search Console. Do not generate sitemaps from SOS — SOS only shows old WordPress sitemap history.
Google Merchant
Phase 1 XML feed from the CB Model. Generate, validate, then submit the feed URL in Google Merchant Center. Merchant API comes in Phase 2.

JSON is the complete store backup (products, categories, keywords, photo URLs, variations, banners, settings). Excel is a spreadsheet view. Photos ZIP is the actual files in uploads. Restore JSON or Excel here; unzip photos into uploads if you move host.
